3.  WHAT IS THE LENGTH OF CONTRACT BEING OFFERED?

  • 1 Year minimum contract with right to sublet.  Proper sublet process needs to be followed.
  • We may assist in helping find qualified sublet if needed


4.  WHAT ELSE IS INCLUDED WITH THE RENT?

  • HIGH SPEED INTERNET
  • HD ANTENNA T.V.
  • ALL UTILITIES (WATER-GAS-ELECTRICITY-OTHER)
  • HOT WATER TANK RENTAL SERVICES or BUSCHANTE OWNED

5.  HOW IS RENT PAID?
     IT IS THE LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TENANT TO SUPPLY MONTHLY RENT ON OR BEFORE THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH

    *1st and last months rent is due before occupancy date.  Last month is credited towards the last month of contract.  1st and last would be due again with renewal of 1 year contract.
    **Rent Reciepts are provide once per year at the start of new year for income tax purposes.  Simply reply to the Buschante rental receipt requests email once it's sent out.

6.  WHAT DO I NEED TO SOLIDIFY MY/OUR POSITION?
     The following documents are sent out via The  Buschante Tenancy Package:

  1. CONTACT FORM
  2. LEASE AGREEMENT
  3. POLICY AND PROCEDURES FORM
  4. FINANCIAL GUARANTOR FORM *each tenant

7.  WHAT ARE THE RESTRICTIONS?
     NO PETS
